Show NOTICE OF SALE UNDER LIEN. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, un-dersigned, on the 29th day of November, Novem-ber, 1915. between the hours of twelve o'clock, noon, and 4 o'clock p. m. of said day, at the Everett Livery stable at 2219 Washington Avenue, Ogden, Weber County, Utah, will sell at public auction the following described de-scribed property: One bay horse, about twelve years old, sound arid without marks or blemishes except as herein set forth; black legs with one white foot; saddle sad-dle marks white; a white muzzle, and branded "D5," tho said brand being half-Inverted with the "5" below. This salo is to be made to foreclose fore-close a livery stable keeper's Hen up-. up-. on said property arising from the feeding of said horse from the 15th day of September. 1915. to tho 18th day of October. 1915, At $20 per month, and there being claim to be due on the dato, of first publication of this notice the sum of $42, Including Includ-ing the cost of keeping said horse from the dato from whloh said Hen is claimed to tho date of said publication; publi-cation; the said sum of $42 being due and owing to F. A- Clark, doing business busi-ness as tho Everett Livery, the Hen-holder, Hen-holder, and from John Doe, real name unknown, owner of said horse. Dated at Ogden, Utah, this 17th day of November, 1915.
