i PEARL MURK IS SUING EDR DIVORCE In tho district court Pearl Murray has commenced suit for divorce against Ralph C. Murray and the Southern Pacific company, alleging cruelty as a cause of action. Tho complaint avers that the parties par-ties wero married August 20, 1914. , since which timo tho defendant has loxhibltod a bad temper, called tho plaintiff unbecoming names, has been quarrelsome, has excessively used in toxicants, assaulted the plaintiff in August of this year and last June slapped her face, all of which is alleged al-leged to have caused the plaintiff much distress and unhapplness. Mrs. Murray asks that the defendant defend-ant bo required to pay attorney fees and costs of suit, together with reasonable rea-sonable alimony. She also requests that the railroad company be restrained restrain-ed from paying over to the defendant certain wages which may be due him, pending the settlement of the suit. oo
