Show -tJO JACKLING RE-ELECTED DIRECTOR OF MINE Oatman, Ariz., Nov. 17. Shareholders Sharehold-ers of the United Eastern Mining company com-pany met in annual session here today to-day and re-elected retiring directors, as foHows: Frank A. Keith, Q. W. Long, J. L.. Mclver, D. C. Jackling, S. W. Mudd. H. G. Newlands. R. I. Rogers, Rog-ers, W. K, Ridenour and Phillip Wiseman. Wise-man. The meeting lasted only about three-quarters of an hour. No formal reports were submitted, although the condition of the mine was discussed informally and plans that have been adopted for mill construction were gone over. Those present were gratified grati-fied with the reports of mine conditions. condi-tions. Later In the day the directors met and elected Frank A. Keith president; George W. Long, vice president and superintendent; R. I. Rogers, vice president of the National Bank "of California, Cal-ifornia, Los Angeles, treasurer; Wallace Wal-lace Keith, secretary. The only change made in the official body was the erection of Mr. Keith to the secretary-chip. secretary-chip. All of tbe directors were present pres-ent at tho meetings with the exception excep-tion and D. C. Jackling and S. W. Mudd. The former was, represented by Ralph Nowland, while Mr. Keith represented Mr. Mudd. Judge C. W. Horndon of Kingman was named as resident counsel for the company. |
