Laliarra of Pasadena, California, who, on November 27th, 1914, made Desert Entry, Serial, No. 013406, for Lots 3, 4, NEMSWM. Section 10, Township 23 South, Range' 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian has filed notice of intention to make final Proof, to.establlsh claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U. S. Commissioner, at Miiford, Utah, on the fifth day of June, 1916. Claimant names as witnesses: C. W. Allen, William Allen, Alexander Alex-ander McPherson, A. M. Gilbert, all of Milford, Utah. Gould B.
