NOTICE is hereby given that Dennii Smith, of Garrison, Utah, who on May 19th, 1911, made Homestead Entry, Serial, 07919, for NEK, Section 31, Township 21 South, Range 19 West, Salt Lake Meridien, has filed notice of intention to make three year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, U. S. Commissioner, at Milford, Utah, on the 24th day of June, 1916. Claimant names as witnesses: Thomas D. Dearden, of Garrison, Utah; G. W. Gouder, of Garrison, Utah; W. E.
