It was also resolved "that no property prop-erty owner shall beieleased from payment pay-ment of water tax for the vacancy o' property by tenant unless said owner i shall notify Town Clerk in advance." This looks like bus'iness. From the tenor of the meeting ii may be safely inferred that the Board is iu dead earnest earn-est and intends to see that.water rental conditions are radically reformed I As the NBWS understands the loel ordinance, water users must hunt up the Clerk, rather ihan the Clerk hunt ing up the users to collect rentals.
