Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 12, 19:6. NOTICE is hereby given that Dennis Ryan, whose post office address is St. Paul, Minnesota, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate appro-priate fifty (50) cubic-feet of water per second from springs and underground under-ground streams in Beaver County, Utah. Said water issues at a point which lies 200 feet north and 50 feet west of the southeast corner of Section Sec-tion 10, Township 29 south, Range 11 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, from where it will be diverted by means of pumps and conveyed by a canal and a pipe line for a distance of 200 feet and there used from April 1 to September 30, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 612j acres of land embraced in Sections 17, 18. 19, 30, 31 and 32, Township 28 south, Range 10 west; Sections 24, 25, 26 and 35, Township Town-ship 28 south, Range 11 west ; Sections 2, 10, 11 and 15, Township 29 south, Range 11 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. As much of said water as may be necessary will be used during the ntire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State liugineer's office as No. 6614. All protests again6t the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of 2.50, and filed iu this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
