Show WATER USERS' ASSOCIATION. Thirty members were preaent at the regular monthly meeting of the Water Users' Association held laat Saturday evening at Frank .Foot's. The subject of the proposed rural mall route was thoroughly discussed and It waa decided to have It run from Delta half a mile south, then west across i he Deseret spillway, then north eight miles, then running west a mile, from there one mile north, then two miles east from whence it would run south and east across the bridge to Delta. It la believed that 100 names of heads of families to be served by the new route can be obtained and the petition for the names Is now being circulated. The committee to see about the enforcement en-forcement of the weed law was continued contin-ued and the matter will probably be brought before the commissioner at their next meeting. The subject of extending the telephone tele-phone service was brought up. A. A. Ackerman, an old line man, Is the prime mover in this matter and be will begin putting up the poles and stringing string-ing the wires at once. Every farmer who desires can come In on the line at cost and It will be a co-operative enierprlse. II. F. Wright, of the People's Peo-ple's Telephone Company, wag present and agreed to put In a phone and switch to connect with their lines so that the people of the west side will have communication with every settlement settle-ment in the county and with the Hell lines, on the same terms Rs t.be people of the other settlement.
