The display of exhibits is better than ia any previous fair held by th aaaociatioa There ia a fine list of amusement, and the racing program i particularly good. Great pains bav been taken to make the racing square, and th judge promptly declared a rac off in which the jockey waa held not to have ridden his mount well, though the finish was only by a nose. Tba horse was Jim Koxeman. His owner waa fined IJO, and Jockey lioy-Inglon lioy-Inglon waa ruled off th track. |
