Show Enoch $fv-and $fv-and Mf Midvalley upWi By Veda Matheson Mr. and Mrs. Garth Jones have a new baby boy born recently at the Valley View Medical Center. Grandparents Grand-parents are Mr. and Mrs. J. Stanford Jones. It was also a boy born recently to Ted and Ann Wilcken. Local grandparents grand-parents are Mr. and Mrs. Dee Wilcken. Two other baby boys were also born last week to local families. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wilcock have a new boy making them three boys, and Mr. and Mrs. Kent Cottom have their fourth boy. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Maxwell and family spent two days and nights in Manti attending the pageant. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson and daughter Vicky visited recently in Washington, Ut. with Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Murie. The Muries are former residents of Enoch. The Enoch Second Ward Sunday School Officers and teachers had a party on Wednesday of last week. Jack and Amanda Pace hosted the dutch oven dinner at their cabin on Kanarra mountain. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Matheson enjoyed a brief visit from Mr. and Mrs. Harold Rogerson and two boys. The Rogersons live in Provo and were on their way home from a trip to disneyland. Mrs. Rosie Potter and boys are visiting in California where they went to attend the wedding of her brother Ron Lovell. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Heaps have had as house guests a large number of Cleone's family including her parents, Mr. and Mrs. K. C. Tolman who were here from California. The family held a reunion on Friday and Saturday with seventy people present. Mrs. Jackie Webster was in Salt Lake City recently to attend a Dance Workshop. Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Jones and family and Miss Neena Ehristensen were in Salt ake last week where Lorin attended a Missionary reunion. Senator Ivan Matheson and Representative Garth Jones participated in a tour last Friday. The group went by plane to look over present power plants and sites for prospective plants in con nection with their work for the State Legislature. Mrs. Joy Sharp was in Salt Lake one day last week to attend funeral services for her aunt. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Harrison of the Homestead Subdivision are enjoying a visit from Dr. and Mrs. R. B. Harrison of Idaho Falls, Ida. |
