Show residence effective August 1, 1977. Petitioner has and will continue to employ a lineman who resides in its service area in the vicinity of Enterprise and who will remain available to provide service to the Company's customers. The Company has now and will continue to receive trouble calls 24 hours per day and has and will maintain a listing in local telephone directories informing its customers of telephone numbers to be called to assure prompt service for customer service requirements. All service work will continue to be handled by Petitioner's lineman who resides in the area except where outside help may be required. The closing of Petitioner's business office will not interfere in-terfere with the convenience of Petitioner's customers with respect to customer service for the reason that there will continue to be an employee within the service area to respond to the service ser-vice needs of the customers. 4. The closing of the business office will require that customer bills.be paid by mail (or in person at Cedar City). More than 90 percent of customer bills for customers residing in the service areas encompassed by the Enterprise office are paid by mail and for the most part, those who pay their bills at the business office are acquaintances of the Terry's who elect to visit the Terry home in connection con-nection with the payment of their bills. All of the customers in service area are provided with pre-addressed pre-addressed envelopes and the postage rates for delivery to Enterprise or to Cedar City are the same.
