' - - - Mrs. Webster, who has contributed substantially to the Church and to the community will be the honored guest at the parade which is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. forming at the Main and 400 South block and traveling north on Main Street to the City Park. Activities on the park will begin at 10:15 a.m. and will include games, food and fun. There will be a dunking machine, snow cones, a bake sale, basketball pitch, fish ponds and numerous rides for old and young alike, according to Richard Messer, general chairman of the day's activities. The entire celebration will be staged on Monday, July 25. At 10:30 a.m. a Pioneer Program sponsored by the Sons and Daughters of the Utah Pioneers will be held at the Rotk Church. Special guest speaker w ill be J. M. Palmer and he w ill discuss "Pioneers of Cedar City." Children's races are scheduled at the park at 11:30 a m. and the day-long celebration will be capped Monday evening with a dance at the South Main Square Parking Lot. Music will be provided by the ' Travelin' Sound Machine." Evelyn Webster to lead 24th Parade MRS. PARSON V.
