Show Eva Fife weds Paul Cahoon Paul Maloy Cahoon claimed Eva Nanette Fife as his wife ', in rites solemnized solem-nized in the St. George LDS Temple June 23. President A. Elihu Whatcott officiated at the double ring ceremony. Parents of the newly weds are Dr. and Mrs. Marlin A. Fife, Bonita, Calif, and Mr. and Mrs. Leo C. Cahoon, 539 S. Ridge Road. The newlyweds were honored at a reception in Bonita, Calif, on June 25 and at an Open House in Cedar June 23. The bride wore a long flowing gown featuring a V neckline trimmed with lace. The bodice was fitted at the waist and then went into a full circle skirt of chiffon with matching lace at the waist and around the hem of the skirt. Full chiffon sleeves were cuffed at the wrist and trimmed with lace. A white floppy hat with a large white chiffon bow hanging to the waist in back and a cascade bouquet of white gardenias and roses accented with green com- L MR. AND MKS. PAUL MALOY CAHOON " pleted the bridaT picture. Attending the bride were Connie J. Van De Sompele, Sydney A. Kovac, and Barbara Massey. They wore long fitted, sleeveless dresses of dusty rose Quiana material with wide V-necklines. V-necklines. Accent ties wrapped around and tied in the front at the waist. Scott Jay Thorley was best man and Gregory Marlin Fife was the usher. Mrs. Fife wore a long dress with a belt at the waist and featuring a dainty collar and slightly full sleeves ending in a cuff. It was a dusty rose color set off by a large orchid corsage tinged with pink. Mrs. Cahoon's corsage was worn on a long princess style dress. The beige background picked up the color scheme with a dainty dusty rose and black flower print. It featured a tailored collar, open neck and long sleeves with a cuff. The bride chose a plaid short-sleeved blouse with a tan light weight mini-skirt as her going away costume. It was accessorized with rope shoes with a slight heel. After honeymooning at Mammoth Mountain, Calif., the young couple returned to 12(X) N. Bonneville Drive in Provo The bride is a graduate of Bonita Vista High School in the San Diego area and attends BYU. While in High School she was a varsity cheerleader and active in sports. Mr. Cahoon is a Cedar High School graduate, attended at-tended SUSC and is now at BYU where he w ill graduate in Business Mangement. He has always been active in sports and has filled an LDS mission in northern Italy. |
