Show New Dial Telephone System Installed at Bryce A 'new dial telephone system i will provide an added convenience conven-ience for visitors to southern Utah's scenic center, Bryce Canyon Can-yon National Park. The new system, sys-tem, which cost over $50,000 was activated June 1, and replaces an outdated multi-party line equipped with crank telephones that has served the area for many years, according to Vaughn M. Krebs, manager of the Mountain Moun-tain States Telephone and Telegraph Tele-graph Company at Pangultch. Roads have been constructed to many additional points of interest inter-est in the Bryce Canyon area, said Glen T. Bean, superintendent superintend-ent of the park. Another nev ht-tractlon ht-tractlon at Bryce Canyon Is th beautiful new administration and visitor center building constructed con-structed to house the national park's offices, museum, auditorium, auditor-ium, information desk ana first aid station. This building has been construct! by the Department Depart-ment of the Interior. The ' Mountain States Tele phone and Telegraph Company has added four long distance circuits between Richfield and Kanab, as well as four circuits between Bryce Canyon and Richfield, |
