Show ENOCH AND MIDVALLEY NEWS By Cora Murl ' - The wedding reception In Pare wan Friday night for Mr. and Mrs. Max Maxwell was attended attend-ed by a large crowd. The newly, weds left following the reception for a honeymoon trip to northern Utah and Idaho. They will make their home here. Mrs. Aurellla Mathews and two babies of Sugar City., Idaho are visiting with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Ivor Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Jones' son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mm. Eldon Webster, who have been 'in Pro-vo Pro-vo atending school, are moving to Cedar City where Eldon will teach school. Mr. and Mrs. Elwin mstrong are moving to Cedar City this week and tuc'r son will operate the Armstrong farm. Raymond Christensen's mother of Ogden is visiting here with her son and family. Mr. and Mrs. Burton Rust of Ordervllle visited with their daughter, Mrs. Elvln Murie and family, this week. The families of David Murie. including Roland Anderson, Jim Applegate, John and Dave Anderson Ander-son and Don Murie and their families spent Saturday afternoon after-noon at the Murie home to honor hon-or Jlmmle Applegate, who left Sunday for an LDS mission. A large number of young people peo-ple of Enoch and Mldvalley are taking advantage of band, orchestra or-chestra and dancing leosons offered of-fered daring the summer in Cedar Ce-dar City. Linda Grimshaw went to Salt Lake City with Norman Adams. She will visit relatives and attend at-tend June Conference. Keith Grimshaw has gone to Ventura, Calif., to attend summer sum-mer school. He is a son of Folph Grimshaw. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Shep-pard Shep-pard and children of Las Vevu are spending a week visiting with Mrs. Sheppard's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Sherratt Sam Carter of Provo is spending spend-ing a few weeks visiting with the Royden Carter family. Keith Andeidon and Emily Spne: will exchange marriage vows Saturday in the St. George temple. They will be honored at a reception In the Enoch recreation rec-reation hall, Monday, June 15. |
