Show Fourth of July Celebration Plans Outlined An outline of the day's events for the observance of July 4 in Parowan, has been completed and commutes have been named to have charge of the different phases of the celebration, states Mrs. Vyonne Chamberlain, who is publicity manager for the Parowan Par-owan City Recreation department depart-ment which has the day's program pro-gram In charge. The day's events will begin with a parade at 9 a. m. This will be followed by a public patriotic pat-riotic meeting at 10 a. m. with a children's dance to be held at, the same time. Children's sports will follow at 11:00 a. m. In the afternoon at 2:30 the annual amateur rodeo and race meet of the Red Hill Wranglers will be held at the city race track. The day's observance will be completed com-pleted with a public dance at 9 p. m. In the high school gym. The parade will feature a miniature min-iature and large divisions, with the following persons In charge: F. C. Van Burean, Vyonne Chamberlain, Cham-berlain, Ann Orton, Marie Orton, Dorralne Orton, Maytha Board-man, Board-man, Lavir.na Adams and Estelle Orton. The patriotic meeting will, be under direction of the Parowan Paro-wan Post No. 20, American Le- gion, with Spencer Lemmon as( commander. It will be held In the Third Ward chapel. I The children's dance, also at 10 will be held in the recreation hall, sponsored by the Parowan Stake Primary officers with Jean Hendrlckson, president. The program pro-gram of snorts for the youngsters will be In charge of the Chamber of Commerce with Howard Stubbs and Worth Orton, officers,! conducting.
