Show Ronald Bess, Janet Atkin Speak Marriage Vows In a marriage ceremony performed per-formed at the home of the parents par-ents of the bride in Beaver on Friday evening, May 26, Miss Janet Atkin became the bride of Ronald A. Bess, Parowan. Elder Earl Limb of the Mlnersville Ward bishopric, an uncle of the bride, officiated In the presence of 92 fa.-.lly members and friends. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alton H. Atkin of Beaver Bea-ver and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Bess of Parowan. The petite bride was beautiful In a floor-length wedding dress of Chantilly lace. The bouffant skirt was underscored with lace and satin ruffles. The bodice featured fea-tured a sweetheart neckline embroidered em-broidered with pearls, rhine-stones rhine-stones and sequins with buttons to the waist in back and long pointed sleeves. Her veil of bride's Illusion was caught to a lace tlarra trimmed with seed pearls and sequins and he bouquet bou-quet was of red roses. Following the wedding a buffet buf-fet supper was served to the guests and this was followed by a reception In the Beaver First-Third First-Third Ward chapel. Attending the bride were Mrs. Raye Atkin, matron of honor; Al-lie Al-lie Mulr, maid of honor; and Vickie Beaumont, Hazel Parkinson, Parkin-son, Joyce Joseph, Beaver, and Janet Bess, Betty Jo Hess and Kathleen Bess, Parowan, as the bridesmaids. Kenneth Dalton acted as best man and ushers were Gary Atkin, At-kin, Leon Ashworth, Lynn Smith, Ray Bess, Errol Orton, Kent Limb and Carlyle Dalley. Joining them in line to greet the guests were their parents and grandmothers, Mrs. Auguta Marshall. Mrs. Mae Atkin and Mrs. Lavina Alger. ' A Droeram and dancing wn enjoyed, after which refreshments refresh-ments were served at attractively attractive-ly decorated tables. |
