Show NEWS NOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES By Hulda Peterson Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Madsen and daughter Donna Perrish of Las Vegas visited with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelsen Mad-sen Mad-sen last week. Mrs. Ella Corbrldge of Evan-ston, Evan-ston, Wyo., Is here with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dalley for an Indefinite In-definite period. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Hafen and daughter made a short visit here on their return from I cgan where they had been to attend commencement com-mencement exercises. Miss Carolyn Dalley will spend the summer season working in Zion National Park. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Jensen and son Larry and daughter La-Donna La-Donna of Bountiful spent last week end with the Earl Stapleys. Frank Stapley and son Lee of Orem, also visited with the Jones. Dee El Stapley of Murray was home to attend CSU commencement commence-ment last week. He has been teaching school In Murray during dur-ing the past winter. Mrs. Georgia Matheson has returned re-turned home after spending three weeks in Washington County with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Williamson and daughters Jeanette and Glenna visited with Mrs. Hulda Peterson and Mrs. George Matheson Math-eson on their way home from Provo. They had been to Provo to' get Jeanette, who had been at-! tending the BYU. Miss Donna Gayle Fife and Miss Francis Farrow are in Las Vegas visiting with Miss Mar-Jorle Mar-Jorle Farrow who Is employed there. Bennle James Is here visiting with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Lawrence. Mrs. Zina Hartshorn was rushed rush-ed to the Iron County Hospital for medical treatment last week. Jo Ann and Kathy Betenson of Cedar City visited with their uncle un-cle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker, while their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Betenson, made a trip to Salt Lake City. Gaylord Farrow spent Sunday Sun-day with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Farrow. Mr. and Mrs. John Jones attended at-tended the pageant in Provo last week. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Hlgbee have had their two little grandsons. Kin and Chad Lepper, of Fort Wayne, Ind., visiting with them for the past month. They left for Logan with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis F. Ipper, where they will live for the next year while Mr. Lepper Is continuing hs studies at Utah State University. |
