BRAFFTTS CREEK. QUITCHUPAH CREEK, SHURTZ CREEK. DUNCAN CREEK, HUNTER CREEK, GREEN'S LAKE CREEK, FIDDLERS FID-DLERS CREEK, SQUAW CAVE CREEK, GROVES CREEK, WATSON'S WAT-SON'S GULCH, ROCK CANYON CREEK AND ALL OTHER SURFACE SUR-FACE TRIBUTARIES OF SAID BASIN. IN THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DIS- Upon reading and filing the petition of Wayne D. Criddle, State Engineer of the State of Utah, praying for an order of this cart permuting trie water user within the area covered by this general determination proceeding proceed-ing to elect to make proof as in the usual manner or to file a water users claim in this proceeding pro-ceeding in lieu of proof of appropriation, ap-propriation, and good cause appearing, ap-pearing, therefor it is ORDERED that notice of the filing of said petition be given by publication of a copy of this order in the Iron County Record, Cedar City, Utah, Parowan Times, Parowan, Utah, Washington County News, SL George, Utah, and Southern Utah News, Kanab, Utah, In the issue of said newspapers news-papers published for the weeks commencing November 20, 1961, November 27, 1961, and December 4, 1961, and it is further ORDERED that any objection to said petition must be filed with said Court and a copy thereof mailed to the office of the Utah Attorney General, State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before December 16, 1961, and it is further Ordered that a copy of said petition and of this order be mailed to all attorneys who have entered an appearance in this proceeding.
