Show I Roger Haycocks Feted In Open House Friday 1 rv, MRS. ROGER HAYCOCK An open house honored recent newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. Roger Haycock Friday evening, Nov. 24 at the Cedar First Ward Relief Society rooms. Hosts for the event were Mr. and Mrs. George Haycock, parents par-ents of the recent bridegroom, of Cedar City. The new Mrs. Haycock Hay-cock is the former Mary Elizabeth Eliza-beth Cowen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James J. Cowen of San Gabriel, Ga-briel, Calif. The young couple exchanged marriage vows at San Diego, Calif. Aug. 6, 1961. Receiving guests at the open house was Mrs. Ren Taylor. Ush ers were Terry Bolander and Reed Heywood. Serving were Mrs. Vicky Rosenberg, Rosen-berg, Mrs. Wilford Day, Mrs. Paul Woodward, and Mrs. James Sand-berg Sand-berg of Cedar City and Mrs. Lloyd Grames of Salt Lake City. Assisting Assist-ing the gift room were Mrs. Cleo Wood, Miss Francis Wood and Miss Nellie Rae Whatcott Roger is a graduate of Cedar High School and a graduate of Brigham Young University where he received a bachelor's degree. Presently he is a department manager with Sears-Roebuck Co. at Hollywood, Calif., where he is participating in the company's executive training program. The new Mrs. Haycock recently recent-ly completed school at San Gabriel, Ga-briel, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Haycock have returned re-turned to California where they are at home at 913 No. Norman -die, Los Angeles 29, Calif. |
