Show I B. L II Personnel Will Attend Conference Lynn G. Leishman, U. S. Bureau Bur-eau of Land Management district dis-trict manager for the Cedar City area and Reed Esplln of that district, dis-trict, will be in Salt Lake City. Dec. 4 to 7 for a conference of Utah BLM district managers and administrative assistants. According to R. D. Nlelson. Utah State director for BLM. the week-long conference is scheduled sched-uled to Improve bureau operation at state and district levels tirough more efficient and effective ef-fective planning, programming, and management of manpower and money. There are nine BLM districts in Utah. BLM and outside speakers will discuss such subjects as grazing, graz-ing, wildlife, recreation, forestry, minerals, engineering, personnel, records, forms, public relations and safety. Speakers will Include Karl S. Landstrom, BLM director, Washington,, Wash-ington,, D. C, Dr. Grant Calder, professor of management, University Univer-sity of Utah college of business; Harold S. Crane, director, Utah Fish and Game Department; Max M. Gardner, director, Utah State Land Board; Harold P. Fabian, chairman, Utah State Park and Recreation Commission; Ariel Jor-gensen, Jor-gensen, chairman, State Soil Conservation Committee,, and J. M.
