Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to change or appropriate watef in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are from SLB&M. To Change. a -2051 Jerold E. Thompson, Beryl, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of J5 sec. ft of water initiated init-iated by Application No. 17125. The water was to be diverted from a well at a point S. 770 ft. and E. 2550 ft. from NW Cor. Sea 31.-T35S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 20 acres in NttNWtt said Sec. 31. and for year-round Incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. pur-poses. Hereafter, It Is proposed to divert di-vert J5 sec. ft. of water from a 12-Inch well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 2790 ft. and E. 1470 ft from S14 Cor. Sec. 4. T36S, R16W, and use during the same period to Irrigate 20 acres In NEK said Sec. 4, and for year-round year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. a-3120 George W. The water was to have been diverted di-verted from a 2-ln. well 115 ft. deep at a point S. 219 ft. and W. 980 ft. from NE Cor. Sec 16, T35S. R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 1 to irrigate 1.25 acres in NEK NEK said Sec. 16, and for year-round incidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it Is proposed to divert di-vert .123 sec. ft of water from a 6-In. well 127 ft deep at a point S. 490 ft and W. 970 ft from NE Cor. R11W, The diverting and carrying works will consist of 25 ft of 3-ln. per. f orated pipe in the spring, and 75 ft of ltt-in. pipe to a galvanized Iron trough. The water is to be collected from a spring area by means of a pipe and head box located at the point of beginning which ls also the point of diversion, and conveyed con-veyed through 16,200 ft of 1-ln. pipe where it will be used for stock watering of 250 sheep and 100 cattle, and for the Incidental domestic requirements of one family. 27972 Reed H. Sec. , 9, T38S, R12W. The water Is to be used from April 1 to Nov. 1 as a supplemental supply to Irrigate 80 acres in EKNEK Sec. 8. W4-NWK. W4-NWK. Sec 9. T38S, R12W. and for year-round incidental stock-watering stock-watering purposes. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications appli-cations with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1.
