Show Enoch and Midvalley By Cora Muri A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Matheson on Aug. 21 at the Iron County Hospital. It is the fourth child for the Math-esons Math-esons and the fourth girl. Grandparents Grand-parents are Mr. and Mrs. Owen Matheson of Enoch and Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Warren of Parowan Bob Curlee. Indian boy who stayed with the Ivor Jones family fam-ily during the la.t school year, arrived here Wednesday prior to the opening of another school year. Doug and Freddie Gilliam spent the week end here with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ce, cil Gilliam. Bill, Deborah and Susan Hal-terman Hal-terman of Los Angeles spent a few days here at the Hunter Gibson Gib-son home. The Enoch Ward Junior Glea-ners Glea-ners and M-Men joined with the rest of the stake In participating participat-ing in the "Moonlight Capers" dance. The dance was held on Tuesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Jones are spending this week in St. George fixing up their home there. David Anderson made a trip to Omaha, Neb., for a load of truck beds for Miller Auto Parts. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Maxwell and son, Leon, went to Salt Lake City Tuesday to have the cast taken ta-ken off Leon's leg. Mrs. Dee Wllcken. Mrs. Dick Nelson and Mrs. Elvin Murie went to Parowan last Saturday and sang three numbers for the benefit of those at the rest home there. They were accompanied by Maurine Grimshaw. Ted Nelson Nel-son gave a talk. The program was presented by the stake missionaries. mis-sionaries. ' Willard Jones received a letter from the Iron County Commissioners Commis-sioners saying they had made provision for oiling three or four miles of the Enoch and Midvalley Midval-ley road early next year. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mathews made a trip to Logan to make ' arrangements for him to enter school at the U S A C this fall. I Dilworth and Audrey Arm-I Arm-I strong went to Salt Lake City land Bountiful to visit and make larangements for Dilworth to attend at-tend the U of U in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Mauds Jones' three daughters daugh-ters of Los Angeles arrived here .Thursday. They are Lola Mod- roll and baby, Mrs. Utahna Kerts and baby, and Miss Beverly Bev-erly Jones, who has been in Los Angeles this summer. They spent Friday in Enterprise visiting with another sister, Elsa and her family. The entire family met at Duck Creek Saturday for an enjoyable get-together. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Muri? and children spent a few days in Sa't Lake City and Bountiful visiting and attending to business matters. mat-ters.
