Show August Nuptial Date Observed By Elona Halterman Miss Elona Halterman, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Elwyn Halterman Hal-terman exchanged vows with George D. Morris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Morris, Parowan.. Saturday, Sat-urday, Aug. 18 in rites solemnized solemniz-ed in the St. George LDS temple. Harold S. Snow, president of the temple, officiated at the cer-emony cer-emony after which the wedding party met for a wedding breakfast break-fast at Dick's Cafe in St. George Saturday evening the newly-weds newly-weds were honored at a reception recep-tion at the L D S Institute giver by the parents of the bride. The bride chose a simple gown o' white nylon of floor length. The fit ! bodice was enhanced with rosettes at the neck and sleevef with a bouffant skirt. Her vei! of bride's illusion was of fingertip finger-tip length and was attached V a crown of lace. She carried n bouquet of red roses centered with an orchid. The bride's mother chose c dress of silver gray and the bridegroom's mother was in a dress of navy blue, and both carried car-ried corsages of red roses Sharon Clark attended the bride as maid of honor with Mis' Barbara Hean, Miss Aylce Cane, and Miss Bonnie Bulloch a' bridesmads. Flower girls were Helen Bulloch and Carolyn Car tcr. Clair Morris, brother of thr bridegroom, stood as best mar and Rnyror Haltwm.in a hrnlh. or of the bride and Stewart Wright were ushers. Mrs. Stewar Wright was hostess for th' event. At the guest book was Carolyr Endsley. Serving were the Miss, es Errolyn Orton. Anna Carter and sisters of the bride. Fay and Tndy Halterman. Miss Donna Rar Dlx and Miss Mary Jane Dalle; were In the gift room. Aunts of the bride assisted ir the kitchen. They Included Mrs ' Arlo Carter. Mrs. Robert Bui loch, Mrs. Webster Hamilton, and Mrs. Jack Halterman. For their honeymoon trip t- j southern California, the brld' 'chos a box suit of blue with b'aclc accessories. The counle wi'l make their home in Cedar Cltv whi1 Mr iMorrH continues hi studies In the field of engineering at College Col-lege of Southern Utah.
