Show Emma Lou Warren Becomes Summer Bride In St. George Temple Ceremonies Saturday An impressive ceremony in the St. George L D S temple united in marriage Miss Emma Lou Warren and Robert L. Beecraft on Saturday, Aug. 18. President Harold Har-old S. Snow officiated in the presence pre-sence of members of both families. fam-ilies. Emma Lou is the daughter of Mrs. Emma Warren of Cedar City, and Robert is the son of Mrs. Ruth Beecraft of Provo. A reception Saturday night at the beautiful Sixth Ward chapel honored the newlyweds. Receiving with Mrs. Warren, was Mark Beecraft. a brother of the groom. Another brother, David, Da-vid, was best man. The bride's wedding gown was of white lace with long sleeves' and a boat neckline edged in embroidered lace flowers. Her skirt was princess paneled from an empire waist line, floor length, over folds of taffeta. Her short veil of bride's illusion illus-ion fell from a cap of laee. She carried a bouquet of white and scarlet gladioli. Bridesmaids were sisters of the groom, Vivian and Sandra Beecraft Bee-craft who were gowned In scarlet scar-let models styled alike, ballarina length, and they carried nosegays. nose-gays. The mother of the bride wore beige and Mrs. Beecraft were pink. Both wore corsages of pink and white carnations. Ushers were Robert J. Warren, the bride's brother, and Ronald Vance. Gweneth Hibbert. Emma Lou's cousin, was in charge of the guest book, and In the gift room were Uldene Norton, Marilyn i Lindstrom and Donna Hallman. Pouring were two aunts of the I bride, Mrs. Clayton Hibbert of, Los Angles, and Mrs. Grace Hib bert of Hurricane. Serving girls were Lorraine Miller, Joy Crosby, Cros-by, Laura Lee Crosby, and Marilyn Mar-ilyn Bladen. In charge of the serving was Mrs. Charles Woodbury. Wood-bury. The beautiful wedding cake was done by Gwen SherratL Helping in the kitchen were Belle Webster. Ida Hallman. Thelma Jones, Judy Hallman and Gae Barrick. The lovely floral arrangements I were done by Mrs. Parson Webster. Web-ster. Music during the evening was furnished by a string ensemble consisting of Maridon Nielli June Thorley, Mary MacDonald, Carol Ann Jones accompanied by Alan Seegmlller. Vocal solos were rendered by John Davis. Blaine Johnson and Christine Winterrose. The bride's po'ng away outfit was of belfte with black accessories. acces-sories. Emma Lou graduated from Co. t H'fh School and from Col-leee Col-leee of Southern Utah wher- h was a Beta, and v"f -'"- in music.
