Four additional classrooms class-rooms are also available In the West Elementary building and as the school program for elemen- tries expands this building will gradually be turned over for ex-1 elusive Junior high school use.' In the basement of the new portion of the building a lunch room has been added to accomodate acco-modate the school lunch program pro-gram being carried on at West Elementary. The lunch room Is Just off from the kitchen that has been in use In the West Elementary. Ele-mentary. "Now we feel," Principal Miles said, "that our physical plant Is suflclent to make it possible to carry out one of the most modern Junior high school programs pro-grams in the United States." He continued, "We have already received re-ceived national recognition for the program that has been devel- oped In our school. Now with the added facilities and expanded expand-ed departments this special activity ac-tivity study can be carried on to the utmost" , |
