Former Air Science Insiructcr Assigned New Duties CLARK AIR BASE New chief of information services for the Thirteenth Air Force with head-quarters head-quarters on Clark Air Base in the Philippines Is Lt. Col. Homer P. Anderson, a former Cedar City resident and one-time prof sso of air science at the College of Southern Utah. Recently arrived on Clark, the colonel came from Maxwell Air Force Base, Aala., where he grad-uated grad-uated from U S A F Command . and Staff School last June. Colonel Anderson attended Utah State Agricultural Cullc-fcc and is a past president of the Utah Future Farmers Asrocla-tion. Asrocla-tion. He founded the national magazine "American Farm Youth," and was a reporter or. the Deseret News before enlisting enlist-ing as an aviation cadet. A bomber pilot during World War II. Colonel Anderson was shot down over Europe and held as a prisoner of war in Germany for over two years. |
