Show Karen Rae Pollock Becomes June Bride Karen Rae Pollock became Mrs. Marlon W. King Thursday, June 12 at 3 p. m. in a simple ceremony cere-mony performed by Chaplain Joseph Jo-seph Dejl, Jr.,, at Fort Ord, Calif. For her marriage Karen wore a gown of white cotton brocaded with satin half moons and white accessories. A white bridal lily corsage was pinned to the stand-up stand-up collar of the gown which she had made for her wedding. Jeannie Pollock was her sister's maid of honor, wearing a mint green chemise dress with pink accessories, and a pink rose corsage. cor-sage. Wood row Pollock was the ring bearer for his sister's wedding, and Duane Stanton was best man. After the ceremony, witnessd only by family members, . the couple left for a brief honeymoon honey-moon and are now at home at 408 Palmer Street, Castronville, Calif. Karen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Pollock of Marina and was educated in Seaside and Monterey schools. Marlon is the son of the George Kings of Lena, Miss. |
