Show Wei-Ak-Avis Meet At Election Breakfast The beautiful patio at the William Wil-liam H. Manning home was the scene Thursday for the Wei Ak-Avl Ak-Avl annual breakfast at which the newly elected officers feted the officers of the past year. The patio surroundings were resplendent resplen-dent with the trailing fuschla, brilliantly colored begonies and the weeping willow overhead. Seated at Individual tables the ladles found the centerpieces of freshly picked mountain colum- bines delightful and refreshing. Responsible for the lovely morning social were Incoming president, Mrs. Lillian H. Manning; Man-ning; vice president, Mrs. W. L. Jones, and Mrs. Jim Urie, secretary. secre-tary. Articles of tribute were paid the outgoing officers by the club members during the breakfast hour. Relinquishing their duties and enjoying the morning as the honored guests, were past president presi-dent Mrs. Wilford Webster and her retiring officers, Mrs. Lanell Lunt, Mrs. L. C. Miles. Mrs. Ku-men Ku-men Jones, who has served as reporter, re-porter, will continue in that capacity ca-pacity for the new club year. Invited as special guest for the evening was Mrs. Harold Patton of Payson. |
