'' "IT ' ' i : -, . t ' X 1 f33 ' ! vi , "f 1 V' LEO CAHOON Leo Cahoon officially took over his duties as president of the Lions Club of Cedar City at installation in-stallation ceremonies conducted at Cedar Breaks Lodge Monday evening. Retlrii: from the office of-fice after a year of service was Wallace Osborne. In addition to the installation a program under the guidance of V. R. Magleby, master of ceremonies, cere-monies, unfolded. Mrs. Cleo Tetty gave a reading and a group of nine Lady Lions sang two vocal numbers to the delight of the large crowd in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wood added a duet and Cleo Petty and Reed Berrett completed the program pro-gram with a piano duet. Installed to serve the next year with Cahoon were Frank Dalley, first vice president; Tony Lambert, Lam-bert, second vice president; Howard How-ard Wood, third vice president. Ross Glass was renamed as secretary sec-retary of the civic organization, and Francis Betenson was elected elect-ed to the position of treasurer. Chester Cripps was elected as tail twister and Deo Cowan as Lion tamer with Even Dohson and Eugene Hardy elected to the board. Holdover board members to complete the 1938-59 organizational organi-zational structure are Cleo Tetty and A. O. Jensen.
