Show Herbert S. Hyatts Convene In Family Reunion The family of Herbert S. Hyatt Hy-att gathered in Parowan on Saturday Sat-urday of last week in a reunion with 90 of Its members in attendance. at-tendance. The family gathered at the Old Rock Church and on the lawn nearby for a family dinner and games and sports dinner, program and games and sports for the younger group. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Crawford of Cedar City were in charge of the entire affair, and during the business bus-iness meeting a collection of money was made to pay for care of the Hyatt cemetery lot In the Parowan City cemetery. $100 was collected to be paid to Parowan City in an effort to encourage the introduction of the perpetual care program at the Parowan cemetery. Under this program the care of the burial plots in the local cemetery will be guaranteed guaran-teed as time passes. Among the many members of the family from out of town were Mrs. Albena Gurr, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Orton, and daughter Erro-lyn; Erro-lyn; Mr. and Mrs. Dan Crawford, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin K. Hyatt, Mr. and and Mrs. Milton Hyatt, and Mrs. Lee Ashdown and members mem-bers of their families from Cedar City; Mrs. Retta Reed and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Reed and family fam-ily of Los Angeles, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Hyatt. Jr., Idaho Falls; Dr. and Mrs. G. D. Hyatt. Elsinore; Mrs. Luana Jones and family. Twin Falls, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Lance Hyatt and son Morlan, Gunnison; Mr. and Mrs. Hyatt Bentley, Layton; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Nichols, Mr. and Mrs. Elson Hyatt Mr. and Mrs. LaVerl Gurr, j and Mrs. Elsie Colhurn and son j all of Salt Lake City. |
