Show Former Cedar City People Return Home for the Holidays Motivated by the gaiety of the Christmas and New Year holiday many former Cedar City people returned to spend their vacations with friends and relatives in the area. A few of those who shared the seasonal bliss with loved ones were Mr. and Mrs. David Thorley. The Thorleys divided their time with Mrs. Thorley's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Perry and David's folks, the Morton Mor-ton Thorleys. Arriving home after a tour of duty with the National Guard was Pvt. Max H. Gardner. Pvt. Gardner, who has spent five months at Fort Ord Calif., and Fort Sam Houston, Texas, was welcomed by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Max Gardner. Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wlnterrose greeted their daughter Jackie (Mrs. Kae Fulmert, who was here on a short leave from her teaching duties at Utah State University. Also in Cedar City recently were Kent and Shirley Brown and family from the Salt Lake City areaa, who enjoyed visiting with Kent's folks and with Shirley's Shir-ley's parents, Dr. and Mrs. A. L. Graff. |
