Show NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN' that the undersigned Administrator Administra-tor of the estate of Byant Hod-rick, Hod-rick, deceased, proposes to sell at Administrator's Sale, to the, highest bidder, what Is commonly common-ly known as the Byant Hedrick1 property located approximately , two miles Northeast of Beryl, Utah, particularly described as follows: The North half of Section 26, Township 33 South, Range 1G West, Salt Lake Meridian, containing con-taining 320 acres, more or less. Together with all improvements, improve-ments, privileges and appurtenances appurten-ances thereunto belonging. Also together with all of the rights,1, titles, interest and estate now! held by the estate of Byant j Hedrick, deceased, in, to, under j and by virtue of that certain Agreement in writing dated1 March 11, 1951, made and entered en-tered into by and between Byant By-ant Hedrick and Tracy Blood affecting the property hereinabove herein-above described, which said Agreement in writing was recorder re-corder in the office of the County Recorder of Iron County. Coun-ty. Utah, on May 25, 1951, in Book No. 3 of Leases, Pages 129-130. All persons interested in purchasing pur-chasing said property are requested re-quested to submit written, sealed bids to the undersigned Administrator Admin-istrator of said estate at Beryl, Utah, or to Morris & Matheson, attorneys for said estate, Bank of Southern Utah Building, Cedar City, Utah, on or before Monday, the 13th day of April, 1953. Forms of bid will be supplied by said attorneys upon request. Bidders Bid-ders are required to accompany their bids with a remittance of at least ten percent of the amount bid, and the bid must provide that the remaining balance will be paid in cash upon the confirmation confir-mation of the sale by the Court and when an Administrator's Deed and an Abstract of Title for said proierty are delivered to the purchaser.
