Show Four Schools Slate Baseball League In Dixie Division Four schools from the Dixie division di-vision of Region Six have planned plan-ned baseball in their spring activities, ac-tivities, it was announced today and a league schedule has been drawn up with the opening game set for April 15. Cedar City, St. George, Hurricane Hurri-cane and F.nterprise high schools have filed entries and a schedule has been drawn up, with home and home games set for each team. The schedule was approved ap-proved at a meeting held at the Cedar City high school Tuesday evening. Coach Ray Englested of the Cedar City high indicates that approximately 20 men have turned out for baseball this spring and that at the present time tryouts are being held. Positions Po-sitions as yet are wide open, according ac-cording to Coach Englestead, with no positions "cinched" as yet. Cedar high's first game will be a practice encounter with Par-ownn Par-ownn of the Millard division on Friday, April 10 at Parowan as a warm up to the league games which the Redmen will open at St. George on April 15. The Dixie division schedule is as follows: April 15: Cedar at Dixie. April 16: Enterprise at Hurricane. Hurri-cane. April 20: Hurricane at Cedar, Dixie at Enterprise. April 23: Hurricane at Dixie, Cedar at Enterprise. April 27: Dixie at Cedar, Hurricane Hur-ricane at Enterprise. May 4. Cedar at Hurricane, Enterprise En-terprise at Dixie. May 7: Dixie at Hurricane, Enterprise En-terprise at Cedar. May 13: Regional playoffs. The winner of the Millard division will play the winner of the Dixie division on the field of the Dixie division winner. May 20: State semi-finals in Salt Lake City.
