Show NOTICE OF SALE Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, as co-administrators of the estate of Gerald Young Swapp, otherwise known as Ger-j aid Y. Swapp, deceased, proposes to sell to the highest cash bidder the following items of property now belonging to said estate: Real Property The East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 33, Township 42 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, containing 80 acres more or less. Personal Property Approximately 120 head of range cows, 6 head of bulls, 39 head of two-year old heifers, 27 head of yearling heifers, and 3G head of calves. Also, a Taylor Grazing permit for 210 head of cattle in the Ferry Swale Allotment of Taylor Grazing District Arizona No. 1, subject to an outstanding agreement agree-ment now on file in the Bureau of Land Management in Kanab, Utah. Also, one 19-13 one-half ton power wagon, Motor No. T137-112cS3, T137-112cS3, Serial No. 83909808. Also, one-half interest in one 1938 Chevrolet Tudor Sedan Automobile, Au-tomobile, Motor No. 1045057, Serial Ser-ial No. 5HA015801. Also, one 1948 Willys Jeep, Motor Mo-tor No. 54422, Serial No. 53198. Also, one saddle horse named Crickett, 11 years old. Also, one saddle horse named Wooden, 8 years old. Also, one saddle horse named Buck, 8 years old. Also, one riding bridle. Also, one well drilling outfit, including motor, tripod and cable. ca-ble. Also, one pumping plant and miscellaneous tools located at Judd hollow. Also any and all other property belonging to said estate. All persons Interested in purchasing pur-chasing said property or any items thereof are requested to submit written, sealed bids to Elmer Jackson, co-adminstrator for said estate, at his residence in Kanab, Utah, or to Morris & Matheson, attorneys for said estates. es-tates. Bidders are required to accompany ac-company their bids with a remittance remit-tance of at least ten per cent of the amout bid, and bids must provide that the remaining balance bal-ance will be paid in cash upon the confirmation of the sale by the Court.
