S. & L. 3 Lode Mining Claims, situated in- Sections Sec-tions 34 and 35, Township 3(3 South, Range 14 West, S. L. B. & M.. (Utah), Pinto Iron Mining District, County of Iron, State of Utah, being Survey No. 7219, and described in the field notes and plat on file in this office: M. S. & L. 1 Lode is described as follows: fol-lows: Beginning at Cor. No. 1 of the said M. S. & L. 1 lode, identical with Cor. No. 4 of M. S. & L. No. 2 lode of said sur-vey sur-vey from whence the Corner of Sections 26, 27, 34 and 35, Township Town-ship 36 South, Range 14 West of S. L. B. & M. bears N. 42 54' W. 754.7 feet; thence S. 0" 1' W., with magnetic variation 12" 30' E., 652.42 ft. to Cor. No. 2; thence S. 89 56' E., with magnetic variation var-iation 14" 00' E., 600 ft. to Cor. No. 3, identical with Cor. No. 2, M. S. &.X. 3; thence N. 0 01' E., with magnetic variation 13s 30' E., 652.4 feet to Cor. No. 4; thence N. 89 56' W., with magnetic mag-netic variation 14' 00' E., 600 feet to Cor. No. 1 and place of beginning. be-ginning. M. S. & L. No. 2 is described de-scribed as follows: Beginning at Cor. No. 1 of the M. S. & L. No. 2 lode, on line 1-2 Survey 4893, Lost Iron Mine Lode, from whence the corner of Section 26, 27, 34 and 35, above referred to, bears N. 8" 54' E., 558.9 feet; thence S. 0 01' W., with magnetic mag-netic variation 15 00' E., 652.4 feet to Cor. No. 2; thence S. 89 56' E., with magnetic variation 15 04' E., 600 feet to Cor. No. 3, identical with Cor. No. 2, M. S. & L. 1 lode; thence N. 0 01' E., with magnetic variation 14 00' E., 652.4 feet to Cor. No. 4, identical iden-tical with Cor. No. 1 M. S. & L. 1; thence N. 89 56' W., with magnetic variation 12 30' E., 600 feet to Cor. No. 1 and place of beginning. M. S. & L. 3 is described de-scribed as follows: Beginning at Cor. No. 1 thereof, identical with Cor. No. 4 of M. S. & L. 1 lode, from which the corners of Sections Sec-tions 26, 27, 34 and 35, above referred re-ferred to, bears N. 63 34' W, 1243.7 feet distant; thence S. 0 01' V with magnetic variation 14 00' E., 652.4 feet to Cor. No. 2, identical with Cor. No. 3 of M. S. & L. 1; thence S. 89 56' E., with magnetic variation 13 30' E 600 feet to Cor. No. 3; thence N. 0 01' E., with magnetic variation varia-tion 15 E., 652.4 feet to Cor. No. 4; thence N. 89 56' Wr., with magnetic variation 14 30' E., 600 feet to Cor. No. 1 and place of beginning. M. S. & L. 1 and M. S. & L. 3 are free of conflicts con-flicts with other claims and contain con-tain 8.986 acres each and M. S. & L. No. 2 contains a net area of 8.985 acres, after excluding 0.001 of an acre in conflict with Milner Mine Lode, Survey 4309. These claims are bounded on the west by Lost Iron Mine, Survey 4893, and on the north by the Rodger group of mining claims, Survey 7220, and on the south by Long Wedge Lode, Survey 7218, and M. S. & L. Extension, an unpatented un-patented lode mining claim, and on the east by public domain. Location notices of said claims are recorded in Book L of Locations, Loca-tions, pages 257-258, Records of Iron County, Utah.
