Show SCOUT CABINS WILL SOON BE REALIZED IN TRENTON WARD THROUGH FERA FUNDS By HELEN BERNDT npRENTON It is quite evident I that Trenton is attempting to build up a real town. During the past summer the i A confectonery was opened in Trenton in June and carries a very successful business up until un-til school began. Now Trenton is bringing in crowds frpei neighboring towns with their dances, which are being held every two weeks. The first dance was the Carnival dance which ended up the celebration cele-bration of the Trenton Carnival held Thursday and Friday, December De-cember 6th and 7th. Lunch was served both days and the school program was given Thursday and the ward program on Friday. The Bazaar and auction sale were interesting features of the days. Another event of which will be of interest to all who are concerned con-cerned will be the holding of P.TA. meetings. The first of which was held Friday, December Decem-ber 14. All parents and teachers teach-ers were urged to come and help make a success of It. J" j FERA, under the supervision o f Mayor J. E. Andrew, An-drew, has been sponsoring the building of some Scout cabins. They are progressing pro-gressing nicely and the scouts will soon have a comfortable place t o hold their meetings.
