Show INVITATION EXTENDED TO POUURYIIEN According to Carl Frischknecht, Extension poultryman at the U. S.A.C., word has just been received receiv-ed to the effect that J. A. Han-rah, Han-rah, managing agent of the Na- tional Commercial Hatchery Code, and Melvin W. Buster of the poultry poul-try unit of the AAA, will be in Utah next Thursday, December 20, to discuss and explain all the changes that have been made in the National Hatchery Code. Arrangements have been made to hold . this important poultry meeting in the Chamber of Commerce Com-merce building at Salt Lake City at 10:00 a.m. on this date. This meeting will, no doubt, be the most important poultry meeting meet-ing held in the state during the ' present breeding, hatching and baby chick selling season, and all the breeders, hatcherymen, salesmen, sales-men, and baby chick dealers are especially urged to be present. Mr. Hannah and Mr. Buster have not only had considerable practical as well as educational experience ex-perience as Extension poultrymen in many past years, but they have attended most of the poultry conventions con-ventions as well as many of the important committee meetings that have been held In the United States the past year in connection with the Code and the develop-ment develop-ment of the National Uniform Breeding program, which has been adopted for use in the state this year. They are, therefore, well qualified to answer questions and offer suggestions not onlv on these two subjects but to discuss the new developments that are taking place in poultry in other parts of the United States. |
