Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 28th day of May, 1991, at 11:00 o'clock am. of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: Lot 19, JULIE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, a part of Section Sec-tion 13, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Clearfield, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 201 East 1900 South, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated July 18, 1986, and was executed by ROBERT E. BRADFORD, a married man, as Trustor, and in favor of COUNTRYWIDE FUNDING CORPORATION, COR-PORATION, the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be BOBBY JO PATRICK and JULIE A.
