Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 28th day of May, 1991, at 10:00 am. at the east main door of the Davis County Justice Complex Com-plex located at 800 West State, Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed ex-ecuted by Peter J. Perron and Sharon E. Perron, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded February 19, 1980 as Entry No. 557808, on Book 813, at Page 311, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property proper-ty located at 88 South Ellison Street, Layton, in Davis County, State of Utah 84041, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 16, ELLISON SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 19, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official offi-cial plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded January 11, 1991 as Entry No. 913771, in Book 1390, at Page 989, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
