Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the front steps of the Justice Complex, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, at 10:00 a.m., on May 29, 1991, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Michael N. Hibbert and Sylvia J. Hibbert, his wife, as Trustors, in favor of Secretary of Veterans Affairs, covering real property located at 1 1 1 East Center Street 6A, Clearfield, Utah, 84015, and more particularly par-ticularly described as: Unit A, Building 6, as shown on the Record of Survey Map of the BRIDGEWOOD MANOR, a Utah Condominium Con-dominium Project, appearing in the records of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, in Book 878, Page 684 of Plats, and as defined and described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservations of Easement, Bridgewood Manor, a Utah Con&minium Project, appearing appear-ing in such records in Book 878, Page 686, as Entry No. 599826, Together with an undivided un-divided ownership interest as tenants in common with the other Unit Owners in and to the Common Areas and Facilities present and future, and the limited lim-ited Common Area interests appurtenant to said Unit set forth for-th in the Map consisting of ALL parking stalls.
