Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 21st day of May, 1991, at 10:00 A.M. at the Main Entrance En-trance of the Davis County Courthouse, 100 North 650 West, Farmington, in the County of Davis, by BRYAN W. CANNON, as Trustee, and ASSOCIATES ASSOCI-ATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF UTAH, INC., as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by ARNOLD T. MOORE and SHANNA M. MOORE, as Trustors, recorded November 20, 1986 as Entry No. 0761361 at page 587 of the Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness in favor of ASSOCIATES ASSO-CIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF UTAH, INC., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded January 22, 1991, as Entry No. 914512 in Book 1392 at page 201 of said official offi-cial Records. The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust and the obligation secured thereby is now owned by Associates Asso-ciates Financial Services Company of Utah, Inc. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at 222 South Liberty Road, North Salt Lake, Davis County, Utah: All of Lot 99, ORCHARD HELLS EAST, PLAT II, a subdivision sub-division of part of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of North Salt Lake, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
