Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 3 1 st day of May, 1991, at 10:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by GLEN L. WILSON and JULIE WILSON, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded 7291982 and 1213 1983, as Entry Nos. 619859 & 659622 ir Books 909 and 971 at pages 812 & 534 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of Albert Glen Knoll and Joan Knoll (now owned and held by DUANE W. COX and PAMELA M. COX, joindy by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded January 18, 1991 as Entry No. 914362 in Book 1391 at page 958 of said Official Offi-cial Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described property at 933 West 2300 North, in the City of Clinton, County of Davis, State of Utah: Beginning at a point 330 feet East along the Section line from the Northwest corner of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, and running thence South 264 feet; thence East 165 feet; thence North 264 feet; thence West 165 feet to the point of"1 beginning. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, Interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
