Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the main entrance (public entry) Courts Building, Davis County Criminal Justice Complex, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah, on April 16, 1992, at 11:15 a-m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated April 16, 1975 and executed by Michael D. Doman and Mary Jo Doman, as trustors, in favor of Commercial Security Bank, as beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described as: A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 5 North, Nor-th, Range 2 West, Beginning at a point on the West line of 450 West Street at a point which is 1.0 feet East and 630 feet North of the Northeast comer of Lot 93 Terry-Dale Subdivision and which point is further described as being North 2513.27 feet and West 25 13.27 feet from the East Quarter Comer of said Section 26, thence West 83.60 feet; thence North 1 deg. 1711" West 107.36 feet; thence North 89 deg. 49 '45' East 86.01 feet; thence South 107.59 feet to the point of Beginning. Together with all buildings, fixtures fix-tures and improvements thereon and all water rights, rights-of-way, easements, rents, issues, profits, income, in-come, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and appurtenances thereunto thereun-to belonging, used or enjoyed with said property, or any part thereof. The street address of the property is purported to be 2295 North 450 West, Sunset, Utah 84015. The undersigned disclaims any liability for any error in the street address. The present owners of the property are reported to be Carl Buck and Ten Buck. The estimated amount of the obligation secured by the property is $23,070.66. THOSE WISHING TO BID ON THE PROPERTY MUST BE PREPARED TO TENDER AT THE TIME OF THE SALE A CASHIER'S CHECK PAYABLE TO THE TRUSTEE IN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF $5,000.00. Any amount bid in excess of said initial bid must be tendered within 24 hours of the sale. The trustee will accept payment only in the form of a cashier's check drawn on a federally insured state or national bank or a check drawn by a federally insured credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank.
