Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property, situated in Davis County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the north front entrance steps of the Courts Building located at 800 West State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, on April 7, 1992, at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed With Assignments of Rents, recorded March 27, 1987, in the official records of Davis County, State of Utah, as Entry No. 778918, in Book 1154, Page 711, executed by Eric V. Stone and Stephanie S. Stone (husband and wife), as Trustors, in which Williamsburg Savings Bank was named as the Trustee and Williamsburg Mortgage Mor-tgage Coiporation, a subsidiary of Williamsburg Savings Bank, a Utah Corporation, which later assigned its interest in-terest to Williamsburg Savings Bank, was named as the original Beneficiary, but the beneficial interest therein having been acquired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, as Receiver for Williamsburg Federal Savings and Loan Association, covering real property proper-ty located at Davis County, Utah (approximate (ap-proximate property address: 1939 North 285 West, Layton) and more particularly particular-ly described on the attached Exhibit "A."
