Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 7th day of April, 1992, at 12:00 noon, at the Main Entrance En-trance on East side front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Court-house, 800 West State Street, Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Utah 84025, in the County of DAVIS, State of Utah, by CHASE HOME MORTGAGE CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by CHAD R. BADHAM and RENEE L. BADHAM, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded December 10, 1987 as Entry No. 810288, in Book 1208, at Page 851, of the official records of DAVIS County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of CrossLand Mortgage Corp., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 29, 1991, as Entry No. 949832, in Book 1454, at Page 6, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 48, WESTWOOD, PLAT "B", a subdivision of part of Sections 24 and 36, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Woods Cross, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof.
