Show Meet the 'birds night slated CEDAR CITY Members of the Southern Utah State College basketball team and Coach Tom McCracken will be present at a "Meet the T-Birds T-Birds Night" Friday from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Family Recreation Center and Restaurant. "Members of the team will be available to autograph team photographs which will be given to the first 100 people in attendance, McCracken says. Photos will be limited to one per.family. The Family Recreation Center and Restaurant is located in the South Main Square in quarters formerly occupied by the Western Auto Store. "We want to offer an opportunity for the people of the community to have a better chance to meet members of this year's team and to get to know the players better," McCracken says. Free ice cream will be given away at the open house occasion. I he r amily Kecreauon Center and Restaurant is planned to be a family entertainment center featuring an arcade, dancing area, and many different kinds of food, including an open barbeque and a salad bar. "We are pleased to cooperate with SUSC's athletic department in sponsoring the 'Meet the T-Birds Night'," Floyd Rigby, owner of the center, says.
