Show Panquitch c o nquers in Milford tourney In the "big boys" categories, Milford's Laynie Johnson won the1 185 division, and Bill Manhart won in the unlimited class by a pin to grab top honors. MILFORD Four tough wrestling teams participated : jn thp Milford High Invitational Wrestling Tournament here last weekend, and when the grappling was finished Panguitch High walked off with top team honors. The Panguitch squad totaled 134 points and was followed closely by Kanab with 129 points. Host Milford placed third with 113.5 points and Parowan was fourth with 86. o There were several outstanding matches during the tournament, and several wrestlers, from Milford anH Parowan fared very well in the tough competition. ,In the 98-pound division, Alan Hanks of Parowan walked away with the gold. Milford's Scott Manhart captured second in the 105 category and Greg Judd of Parowan placed second at 112. Moving up into higher weight categories, Parowan's Randy Robinson grabbed first in the1 126 division, and Milford's Reagan Puffer placed second in that same division. Steve Kinross placed second at 138 and Matt Pearson of Milford netted a first in the 145 catesorv |
