Show Energy film set for tonight CEDAR CITY - "The Power to Change," the final film in an energy conservation series sponsored this month by the Cedar City Energy Conservation Center and the Southern Utah State College Division of Continuing Education, will be shown today at SUSC. The film is free to the public and will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Old Administration Building, room 204. Filmed around the country, the movie deals with appropriate technology, human scale solutions to significant social and economic problems.
