Show RamsJV downed in overtime The Parowan High jv football team lost a. heartbreaker to Kanab last Friday night, as they fell 18-12 in double overtime. The Rams fought hard to end regulation play in a 6-6 tie. Roberts scored those points on an intercepted in-tercepted pass. In the first overtime, the Cowboys scored first and failed to make the conversion attempt. Scoring for the Rams in overtime was Niel Orton on a touchdown pass from Alan Burton. The Rams failed on the conversion attempt. In the second overtime the Rams had first chance to score but the ball was intercepted and Kanab ran the ball back ninety-eight yards for the final score. Ram coach Mark Heppler commended his team for their play but was disappointed with the outcome. The jv Rams are excited ex-cited and looking for a win tomorrow night at North Sevier. |
